Essential
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience supporting adolescents with emotional or behavioural needs, SEN, or within mental health or trauma informed settings
• Confident in calmly maintaining boundaries during periods of resistance or escalation
• Strong safeguarding awareness and First Aid or CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain clear daily documentation

• Knowledge of DBT informed approaches
