Role Overview

Orbit Care Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a wonderful family based in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. They are seeking a gentle, experienced, and reliable live out nanny to provide attentive care for their  old baby. This role is ideal for a calm and confident newborn professional who understands infant routines, developmental milestones, and safe care practices.

The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted support in their home, working closely with the parents to ensure the baby’s comfort, safety, and healthy development.

Key Responsibilities

The nanny will be responsible for full baby care and development focused support, including

Providing loving, hands on care for a 3 month old baby throughout the day

Supporting a consistent newborn routine for feeding, sleeping, and awake time

Preparing and sterilizing bottles, supporting breast milk or formula feeding as directed by parents

Managing baby’s hygiene needs, including diaper changes, bathing, and general cleanliness

Ensuring the baby’s environment is always safe, clean, and calm

Supporting age appropriate stimulation, tummy time, sensory play, and gentle interaction

Monitoring baby’s development and communicating progress with parents

Washing, organizing, and maintaining baby’s items, including clothes, bottles, toys, and nursery areas

Soothing and settling the baby with patience, warmth, and confidence

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Orbit Care Recruitment is looking for candidates who are
• Experienced with newborns, ideally from birth to 12 months
• Confident in infant feeding, sleeping routines, and developmental care
• Calm, nurturing, and highly attentive
• Knowledgeable about baby safety, hygiene, and best childcare practices
• Able to work independently while respecting the family’s parenting style
• Professional, discreet, and dependable
• CPR and first aid certified for infants is preferred
